Our Story
My name is Ann Mayfield and food is my passion. I grew up in small town Virginia, Glade Spring. All my life, I lived on a farm and was taught the value of hard work and good work ethics. After finishing with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a Marketing Emphasis with an Art Minor from Milligan College, I decided that I wanted to specialize in Pastry Arts. As soon as I finished college in Tennessee, I headed to Charleston, SC to “Garnish my degree” with a specialty degree in Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
